If a winner does not respond to initial notification within 5 days with all required documentation, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and not award it. Winners will only be confirmed as valid winners and deemed entitled to the relevant prize once they (and their guest) have been verified, including without limitation, in accordance with clause 7(a). Entrants who have not won a prize will not receive notification.
